If I do not need sugary ice cream, I can get frozen yogurt…or applesauce. If I need ice cream, I will get ice cream, not “one/3 less sugar” ice cream. There’s nothing negative concerning reducing sugar intake. What’s negative is replacing it with chemicals.
If I want soda or iced tea, I will get soda or iced tea, not “diet” soda or “lite” iced tea. I want TEA once I obtain iced tea. Therefore, why is it that, when something is “lite,” it’s ACESULFAME POTASSIUM/ACESULFAME K/ACE K? Why is it that, when gum is approved by the ADA, is has too many artificial sweeteners to count? Sucralose, aspartame amd the list goes on.
Why is it that everything suddenly jumped on the Splenda bandwagon? I was one of those people. Everything in moderation. Splenda’s really virtually everywhere now. The fact is, over time, its usage might cause dementia!
Most of the synthetic sweeteners, flavorings and preservatives in the things we have a tendency to digest are proven to sometimes lead to several totally different sorts of cancer.
This would not be such a massive deal if you merely bought one ice pop. It would not be such a huge deal if you simply drank one bottle of Crystal Light. The matter is that this stuff is in so many places and too many folks don’t concentrate as a result of they don’t recognize or care. Even worse, too several individuals really hunt for it. Everything in moderation.
I honestly believe that we have a tendency to settle for things too quickly and easily. We have a tendency to simply take whatever is thrown at us.
Though I’d never buy a diet pill like seen on television commercials, I used to be terribly all-or-nothing when it came to several alternative health & nutrition product (”New lite ‘n’ fit smoothies? Yay. I am going to attempt to induce one every day”) and that’s the entire opposite of moderation. The identical means you can’t just take any random product, you furthermore may cannot say, I am only going to eat yogurt, solely eat popcorn, solely drink shakes, only eat Olean chips, fruit with “lite” syrup and one/3 less sugar cereal.
That “diet” food is probably the worst issue you’re consuming!
